Position: Service Manager


The role of a Service Manager in our group is that of a leader. The successful candidate will be entrusted to lead that team in a positive way. As this team is used to win and the brand is poised for further growth in the future, we are looking for a respectful and experienced Service Manager. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain highest possible standards of workmanship; advise technicians of dealership CSI on a monthly basis
  • Performs Service Advising when required
  • Oversees warranty procedures and policies
  • Ensures health and safety requirements are met and followed
  • Ensure the technicians efficiency and productivity reaches standard levels
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Think strategically and develop operational goals for service

Requirements:

  • **Applicant must have at least 2 years Automotive Service Management or Assistant Service Management experience. **
  • Ability to operate the department at a profit according to the dealership guidelines
